1. We ONLY accept returns/refunds or exchanges incase of either damaged products, fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items, within 6 days of receiving the product. 

2.  If the order is placed in standard sizing and if you wish to get it altered to your custom measurements , you can always send it back to us.

3. Returns/refunds will only be processed once the parcel is sent back to our warehouse with the same packaging and materials that the parcel was sent in.
